To Make Your Retreat Reservation:

1. Check current availability and request a 24‐hour courtesy hold by emailing threejewelsretreats@gmail.com. Availability is not guaranteed without a courtesy hold confirmation.
2. Once you have received availability confirmation, to pay by credit card or PayPal proceed to check out and pay for your desired room using the check out button on the website. Or mail your check or money order to: Three Jewels Retreats, 810 Hawthorn Avenue, Boulder, Colorado 80304. If paying by check or money order make sure to include signed copies of both the Reservation and the Release Forms with your checks.
3. Download a Three Jewels Reservation Form, and download a Three Jewels Release Form. A PDF version of our registration and release form will download to your computer for printing. If you can not download forms, e‐mail to request to have forms e‐mailed, faxed or mailed to you.
4. Either scan and e-mail or fax signed Registration and Release Forms to (1‐888‐475‐4059 ) or mail to: Three Jewels Retreats, 810 Hawthorn Avenue, Boulder, Colorado 80304.
5. When both signed forms and payment is received a Reservation Confirmation will be emailed to you. Reservations require payment at the time the reservation is made. Credit Cards, PayPal, Checks and money orders are all accepted. Reservations can not be confirmed until signed copies of both the Registration and Release Forms have been received.
